It is more alloyed than ordinary steel and therefore is called super duplex stainless steel. ASTM A240 S32550 Sheet is used in applications where conventional stainless steel properties are inadequate. What is Ferralium 255 Plate?

ASTM A240 UNS S32550 Strip has a high weight to strength ratio, meaning smaller pieces of it can handle much larger tensions. Alloy 255 Foil is also a light weight application that can save energy while sufficiently cover large surface areas. Super Duplex F61 Coil is used in engine parts, heat exchangers and hydraulic systems to withstand high corrosions, wear and tear and tension levels. Ferralium 255 F61 Strip Tape is used in conjunction with other forms to provide a weldable material lattice. Much harder application needs Ferralium 255 Sd50 Hot Rolled Plate as it is hardened through the hot rolling. Ferralium Alloy 255 Shim Sheet is used in shims where breaking off and wear and tear are very severe. Ferralium 255 Stainless Steel Shim Stock is maintained by Duplex Steel & Engineering Company (DSEC) for supplies.

Super Duplex 255 Cold Rolled Plate is used in applications where modifications are needed during the setup phase. Super Duplex Ferralium 255 Polished Cold Drawn Plate is drawn to the desired shapes in room temperatures and eliminates the need for machining, welding or annealing at production sites. Super Duplex Alloy 255 Polished Plate is used to build tanks, storages and containers that can interact vigorously. UNS S32550 Super Duplex Slitting Coil is can also withstand excessive corrosion from hydrocarbons, acids and chloride rich solutions. UNS S32550 F61 Clad Plate is applicable to cover large metal surfaces to prevent them from corrosion. Super Duplex UNS S32550 Flat Plate can also be used in place of other super duplex grade metals.
